Job Overview: 

We are looking for Fabric/Trims Clerks to support inventory management and daily operations in our fabric and trims department at our Sachin, GIDC, Surat facility. This role is ideal for individuals with attention to detail and a keen interest in inventory control and record-keeping. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of fabric and trims inventory. 
  • Assist in the issuance and tracking of fabric and trims for production. 
  • Verify and update stock entries in the inventory management system. 
  • Coordinate with the procurement, production, and quality teams regarding stock-related queries. 
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of trims and fabric to prevent misplacement or damage. 
  • Support periodic stock audits and reconciliations. 
  • Generate inventory reports and assist in maintaining stock levels. 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Freshers or experienced candidates can apply. 
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and textile materials is an advantage. 
  • Familiarity with data entry and stock management software. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
