Job Title: Daycare Teacher

Location: Techzone-4, Greater Noida West

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Daycare Teacher with strong communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a teaching or playschool setting, a passion for early childhood education, and basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Implementation: Plan and execute engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning.
• Child Supervision:  Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Communication:  Maintain open lines of communication with parents and caregivers, providing updates on children’s progress and addressing any concerns.
• Observation and Assessment:  Regularly observe and assess children’s development, documenting progress and adapting activities as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Administrative Tasks: Utilize basic computer skills for record-keeping, lesson planning, and communication with parents and staff.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a Daycare, Playschool, or Early childhood education setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and a solid understanding of early childhood development.
