Job Title: Playway Teacher

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Playway Teacher to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of child development and the ability to implement play-based learning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement play-based learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
- Facilitation: Guide children in various play activities, ensuring that each child is actively engaged and learning through exploration.
- Observation and Assessment: Monitor children’s progress and development, using observations to inform future planning and individual support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other educators and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
- Communication: Maintain open and positive communication with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child’s progress and development.
- Safety and Wellbeing: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting, particularly in a play-based learning environment.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
