Job Title: Playway Teacher

Location: Techzone-4, Greater Noida (West)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Playway Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and interactive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity in young children. This role requires a deep understanding of child development and the ability to implement play-based learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement play-based learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
• Facilitation: Guide children in various play activities, ensuring that each child is actively engaged and learning through exploration.
• Observation and Assessment: Monitor children’s progress and development, using observations to inform future planning and individual support.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other educators and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
• Communication: Maintain open and positive communication with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child’s progress and development.
• Safety and Wellbeing: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience working with young children in a classroom setting, particularly in a play-based learning environment.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
