Job Description

We seek a dedicated and experienced Branch Head to lead and manage our play school. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire centre’s operations, ensuring a safe, enriching, and positive learning environment. This role includes supervising staff, handling parent inquiries, managing social media presence, and nurturing strong relationships with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Center Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for children, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility.

    Social Media & Marketing:

  • Manage and update social media platforms, including posting relevant content, responding to comments, and engaging with the community.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and implement promotions, events, and communication with parents.

    Parent & Family Engagement:

  • Address and respond to parent inquiries promptly, ensuring they feel informed and reassured.
  • Coordinate regular meetings and events to keep parents engaged and updated on their child’s progress and the center’s activities.

Child Care & Educational Oversight:

  • Monitor the learning environment, ensuring activities and interactions align with the play school’s curriculum and values.
  • Oversee children’s well-being, ensuring that both educational and emotional needs are met.

    Staff Supervision:

  • Led and mentored ground staff, including teachers, assistants, and cleaning personnel.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and team-building activities to maintain a motivated, efficient team.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within a preschool, daycare, or educational institution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience handling parent queries and engaging with families.
  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
