Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced OB & Technical Coordinator (Industrial Engineering) to manage operational breakdowns (OBs), optimize workflow, and implement technical solutions to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of production processes and industrial engineering techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage operational breakdowns (OBs) for various production processes.
- Implement technical solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor workflow and production timelines, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Work closely with industrial engineering teams for continuous process improvement.
- Assist in production planning, cost analysis, and process standardization.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production to enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on process improvements and efficiency metrics.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, production management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
- Experience in production planning and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and workflow optimization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
