Job Overview: 

We are hiring a Sampling Quality Incharge to oversee the quality control of garment samples. The candidate should have experience in quality assurance, sample evaluation, and coordinating with design and production teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the quality control process for garment samples before bulk production. 

• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure sample accuracy. 

• Ensure all samples meet client and company quality standards. 

• Identify defects and recommend necessary improvements or modifications. 

• Maintain records of sample evaluations, measurements, and approvals. 

• Coordinate with buyers and vendors for sample approvals and feedback. 

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment sampling and quality assurance. 

• Strong understanding of fabric, stitching, trims, and garment construction. 

• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work with designers, production teams, and clients.
