Job Overview: 

We are seeking a Senior Pattern Maker to develop and modify garment patterns based on design specifications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in pattern making, garment fitting, and sample development, ensuring production-ready patterns that meet technical requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and modify garment patterns based on design and technical specifications. 

• Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure patterns align with requirements. 

• Ensure proper garment fitting, sizing, and technical accuracy. 

• Oversee sample making and make necessary adjustments for production. 

• Maintain a well-organized library of patterns for reference and reuse. 

• Implement best practices for pattern-making and grading to improve production efficiency. 

• Assist in troubleshooting fit issues and production challenges. 

• Keep up-to-date with new pattern-making techniques and industry standards. 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pattern making for garments. 

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and fabric behavior. 

• Experience in manual and digital pattern development. 

• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with design, production, and quality teams.
