Job Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced Trim Store InCharge to oversee the storage, issuance, and inventory management of trims at our Sachin, GIDC, Surat facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inventory control, material handling, and coordination with procurement and production teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of trims to ensure a smooth production workflow. 

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess. 

• Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy. 

• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of trims. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices for material handling and storage. 

• Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to meet operational needs. 

• Generate inventory reports and track usage trends to improve efficiency. 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trim store management or inventory control. 

• Strong knowledge of trims, garment accessories, and material handling procedures. 

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel. 

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
